Being in the business for 18+ years I don't remember every listing I took, but I do remember one of my first buyers. The call came in super late at night on a Tuesday and the lead was looking at a magazine ad that I was running with a lending partner. From there it ignited a fire underneath me that kept me going even when times got tough. The transition from a buyers agent to a listing agent was HARD, but I learned a lot along the way. Don't forget the best SELLERS are your current BUYERS! If they're looking to buy a home they most likely have one to sell as most people buy their next place before selling/getting rid of their last place.
