This season, I welcome James Bean, Vice President of SVN | Rich Investment Real Estate Partners.
James Bean is an Investment Broker, as well as a published author, writer, national sales coach, expert witness and accomplished public speaker, as well as a graphic designer. He began his real estate career in 1995 working for a dry-cleaning plant developer where he was responsible for site acquisition, negotiating leases, and the installation of new stores. In 2000, James joined Cutler Commercial, a boutique industrial brokerage firm, where he played an integral role on the team that grew the portfolio from 1.5MM SF to more than 6MM SF. In 2015, Mr. Bean was recruited by Marcus and Millichap to open a new office in Ventura CA, where he completed more than 15 transactions for the three years he was there, until the opportunity came to join SVN.
James has been involved in more than 1500 lease and sale transactions, with more than 250 of those being user and investment sales transactions. Combined, these deals have involved more than $1 billion in volume and comprised several million square feet of improvments.
