Description

Hey, Waiters! Welcome back to the While We’re Waiting Podcast.

This episode features the amazing mother/daughter duo: Dr. Anika Fields & Dr. Asha Fields Brewer.

Dr. Anika has worked in the field of psychology for the last 30 years, much of it spent teaching graduate students in psychology and providing clinical counseling to students. Dr. Asha is a Creator of Healthy Conversations. As a national speaker, educator, and published author, she teaches the busy and overwhelmed how to live life abundantly.

The Doctors and I discuss the importance of taking mental health and overall wellness seriously because you can’t do much for yourself--or others--if you’re not intentional! Practices including taking time to reflect, reassess, forgive and create boundaries are also highlighted.

There’s so much packed in today's podcast entitled, “Know You 'No'”.  After listening, I'm certain that you’ll be ready to know when, where, and how often your “no” should be used along your wait journey!
