Throughout the bible God has called on people to follow God’s mission in the world. These are people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and histories. Jesus calling his disciples was no exception. Therefore, when we are called by the Spirit we must remember that God calls all of us. This truth can give us the confidence to say, “Here I am, Lord”.
