As my business started to finally gain traction in 2020, once the lockdowns began happening clients started pulling back from spending money on services like ours. At first we had a hard time adjusting to the "new normal" during the lockdowns, however, thanks to Zoom I began networking on a daily basis and decided to pivot into more of a virtual assistant business which turned out to be very helpful for a lot of business owners. Also, the extra free time at home gave birth to the idea of the This Is My Big WIN podcast!
