1 John 1:19
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Do you believe that God will forgive you of your sins, if you ask Him? This scripture in 1 John confirms that. Yet, some still do not believe it. Just because you may be the type to hold a grudge...don't assume God is that way too. God Almighty is a forgiving God. However, you are gonna need to put a few things on your to-do list: 1) Confess your sins. It's funny how some folks are great at declaring other people's sins and mistakes...but they get real quiet when it's time to confess their own wrongs. 2) Forgive all who have done you wrong, so that God may forgive you. Yes...you must stop holding on to all that negative mess and let it go. There is no limit to God's mercy; there is no limit to God's grace. The Heavenly Father wants to forgive you today, He's just waiting on you. I challenge you today to make that crucial first move... confess your sins, forgive all who have trespassed against you - so that you may be cleansed, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
