Many are the times when I’ve heard people say that they’re suffering fro Mental Health, yes it bothers me and today we’re going to be corrected, Mental Health is not a Problem, but those disorders that’s affect our mental Health. Todays podcast, we’re talking about mental health and illness in detail.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
However,
Mental illnesses are health conditions involving changes in emotion, thinking or behavior (or a combination of these). Mental illnesses can be associated with distress and/or problems functioning in social, work or family activities.
However Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a medical problem, just like heart disease or diabetes.
