We all have problems, but complaining about them will not solve  or change them. There is a remedy for complaining that will help you feel happier and stronger.  NOT complaining can also help your brain. Studies have shown that complaining can negatively affect your brain; when you complain, the size of your hippocampus (the part of the brain that deals with memory and problem-solving) gets smaller and is damaged.
