Description

Robert, Mario, and I discuss the impact of state bar exams on the black legal community and law school. We address a number of issues like: Should we get rid of state bar exams? Would getting rid of state bar exams increase black representation in the legal community? How do you pass the bar on the first try? How do you bounce back after failing the bar exam? What role do HBCUs play in producing black lawyers? What should law students be aware of when attending a private law school?

This is kinda a TedTalk. But Enjoy!
