JAY IS ON THE ROAD FOR THIS ONE, heading up to Sherwood Park, Alberta I got to sit and chat with long time teammates and ABSOLUTE fighting machines! - Tim "Lo Life" Lo and Derek "Honey badger" Jolivette. Just listening to these 2 men together you can tell they have spent years DAILY together training! Tim gives is his breakdown of the fight in China, head kicking people all over the world (Tim killed a guy!) to what had him seek out Derek as a training partner. Derek brings the fire with his criticism of the eastern vs western scene in muay thai, of course his awesome stories that go with his fights including the most recent fights from both men on the Muay Thai World Cup - and for me personally, with the conclusion of the famous IMFA World Championship tournament recently in Abu Dhabi, I wanted to get in depth with these 2 as they both have a wealth of IFMA experience so I ask them what it takes to be successful at such an event.
