With the pure unadulterated police misconduct and racist behavior of everyone involved in the case, that the film “When They See Us” exposed, to the current days voter suppression, police unarmed shootings of black men and women, to the lengths in prison sentencing that African-Americans are still suffering from, to the news coverage that our black and brown presidential hopefuls get from mainstream media and even Black media, is a castration of the Black influence on this nations social, economic, and political infrastructure, and it must be addresses and resolved even within the Democratic party.

He is an Iraqi-American artist, activist and entrepreneur.
