This weeks guest, we have the distinct privilege to have, Douglas Stuart. Douglas, for those who have been under a rock for the last few months, is a author who has been nominated for the Booker Prize for his first novel 'Shuggie Bain'. Douglas called in from New York to speak to us about not only the book but his upbringing in Glasgow's East End, how he wrote the book for himself, how he tackled second book and how the characters in Shuggie relate to his real life.
