Tears, sweat, ocean water…3 facets of salt water that can heal us inside and out. In this episode, I share some lessons I learned this summer with all three, including a surprising release of tears that made me feel buoyant, like I had just been released from a great weight. 🌊

Instead of going through life holding in emotions or burdens like we tend to do, we can embrace the ways God created nature to soothe us and made our bodies to process emotions in ways that are cleansing, healing and FREEING. 💧
