Truly Devious is another mystery novel, with a superb juggling of past and present. Two murder mysteries, perhaps the same killer. It possesses an interesting new lead for a mystery novel, and its romance is a welcome lighter addition to the darker atmosphere of death. The book is well paced, and has a superb mix of complexity and suspense to provide a well written murder mystery, which is more enjoyable with every reread.
