In Episode 11, Maj and Joe invite Grace to the podcast. Grace is a PE teacher at an international school in Malaysia, where we all share the same office at work. Grace (and Joe) are what I would describe as 'positive' people, so on this episode, we explore the benefits and the practicality of being positive, as well as toxic positivity and some tips on how to be more positive in your daily lives.
