In this episode I'm joined by Gary Bligh, Gary is a regular attendee of Ted's Open Mic peer support group and has being from the very beginning, Gary speaks about his struggle with addiction and growing up in a broken home and numerous other things, he also speaks about the help that he has gotten through the open mic and other outlets.
