All are welcome to join this program live on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 – 8:30 am ET in which participants are gently guided through Being Aware of Awareness meditation. This program provides an opportunity to be in community with others who will to find that place of no-place, that attention to our natural attentiveness, that innate, essential presence that can often be overlooked.

The excerpts read in today's mediation were from Helen Hamilton's book Dissolving the Ego, pg 42-43, Chapter 8.  The essential quote was: "As the beingness itself we can simple BE and make no effort to control whatever is occurring. We become indifferent to whatever is going on in our mind and simply observe. Observing is passive and by it's very nature allowing."
