All are welcome to join this program live on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 – 8:30 am ET in which participants are gently guided through Being Aware of Awareness meditation. This program provides an opportunity to be in community with others who will to find that place of no-place, that attention to our natural attentiveness, that innate, essential presence that can often be overlooked.

The excerpts read in today's mediation were from Helen Hamilton's book Dissolving the Ego, Chapter 13, pp. 62-65. “Existence is all of life and when it flows through a body it feels like ‘I exist’ and we take this for fact. Stay in this sense of existence and cease using your mind to define what you are.”
