Why are we constantly pushing ourselves to DO? To produce? To work? And why does the finish line keep moving? Let’s talk about control, perfectionism, and the way we’ve normalized burnout. There’s a better way. Doing less allows us to actually do what we love - what we were called to do - and to do it better! So instead of this never-ending push to do more, let’s step back, honor our limits, and do just a bit less so that our energy can be poured into what sustains us, instead of what drains us.
