Sarah Cahn, from Haverford Women's Lacrosse, is here on this episode of "Not A 10" to discuss her personal journey of her own sexuality and what her experience looked like coming out to her family, friends, and community. Sarah also dives into how society and being a part of the lacrosse community impacted her coming out experience and discusses her call to action to the lacrosse world.
Sarah educates us on actions we need to take as a society, and as lacrosse players, to help normalize the LGBTQ+ experience and her hopes that one day coming out will not have to be as hard of a process specifically in a team setting.
Through Sarah's vulnerability, leadership, and strength, she is a role model to the people in the younger generation who need someone to look up to!
