We have Anna Callahan on this episode of Not A 10! Anna is #10 (shoutout!) on the Duke Women's Lacrosse Team. Anna is an absolute ball of energy with the best vibes possible. On this episode, we dive into Anna's transition to her freshmen year at Duke and how an injury, her sexuality, and the pressure she put on herself, lead to her struggling with her own mental health.
Anna shares how though reluctant at first, sought out help through her Behavioral Health Specialist at duke and how that has truly helped her regain her confidence to be her full authentic self.
Anna works closely with the Non-profit "Morgan's Message" to help reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health and provide resources for student-athletes.
