Did you know that endurance is actually a choice? And that you can choose to endure anything cheerfully?

There are three main enemies to enduring cheerfully: Self – Pity, Anger and Anxiety. Today we discuss all of them in a bit of detail so that you can learn to smile and endure at the same time.

I am a marketer and I know the role that marketing plays in any business. It is usually the difference between a business having a bumper year and a bummer year.

But I have spent enough time investing in my own self-development to know that if a business owner doesn’t have the right mindset than nothing can really help the business itself. And I really want to help fellow business owners with the mental side of things!

Those mental blocks? Whoa you need to win that battle mate, if you want to win the war!

What about the mind can prevent you from becoming the Next Big Thing?

Lots, but I want to talk about one aspect today.

And it is called endurance. And while the word endurance is very closely  to the word resilience- – which gets a lot more air time than endurance. It is still different to resilience, in its meaning and definition.

In simple words: Resilience is your ability to bounce back, Endurance is your ability to keep pushing on through.

Endurance is commonly attached to the physical body, but in truth, it works the same with the mind. Can your mind endure?

Contrary to popular belief, I want you to know that Endurance is in fact a CHOICE. You choose to endure. You don’t HAVE to endure.

Those that tell themselves, “I HAVE to endure. I have no choice.” Yeah look I am really sorry but that is coming from a place of self-pity. You are essentially saying, “Poor me, I am out of choices, and look how I am HAVING to endure what life has thrown at me.”

No, endurance is a choice. Even if you don’t agree, you need to tell yourself that, “I am CHOOSING to Endure, with a smile.”

So the question really is: Can your mind choose to endure cheerfully?
