I read another article from Bill Hinberns website, Super Strength T called "Concentration" I then show how this relates to Freemasonry and what all aspiring officers of a lodge must do to implement this strategy.
I then read another part of Brother John S. Nagy's book " The Craft Unmasked - The Uncommon Origin of Freemasonry and its Practice"
I read from pages 43 thru 48 - Conversion-Unaltered-Preservation-Participation
Much of what is written on those pages is true from my experience. Things have not changed for over 60 years, but some lodges have fought through this problem and have found ways to improve this situation.
The only way to get out of this situation is to learn from our past and then become the change.
