In this episode I read an email from a Brother from Wendell Lodge 565 in North Carolina. He gives us his perspective on failure and its negative connotation and why failure is a good thing if used correctly. He then gets into a workout system concocted from his little Lizard brain and implements 'masonicisms' is that even a word? into his routine. Brother Cole is imparting wise and serious truths about our bodies and real effort in order to keep the body and mind strong.
I then bring out the parallels between what he writes about and Freemasonry. Stay tuned and stay strong.
We must fortify the body, mind, and soul everyday in our process of becoming better men.
The picture of King Solomon shows seven steps. He must have walked them up and down several times to get his cardio and work his legs and calves. He was truly wise and ahead of his time.
