If you have thought of beginning to exercise, stop thinking about it and just do it. Many people will use the excuse that they don’t have the right equipment in order to start. The reality is that you don’t need any equipment to get in great shape. Jack Lalanne created a whole program of exercises of just bodyweight movements. Do this three times per week for three to four months and you will get amazing results. Stop making excuses and pull the trigger.

In Freemasonry, too many men get caught up in trying to do too many things and trying to please all things. Focus on what your lodge's purpose is and not so much on the tools. The structure will follow the strategy and the master mind principle will give you all your answers.

Freemasonry can’t be all things to all people and a lodge cannot be all things to all people.

The lodge must have a focus and several brothers must help keep that focus up.
