MEET JANE "THE FAMILY LAW MEDIATOR"

This week’s episode is entitled “Mindful Co-parenting in Divorce” and our guest is Jane Howlett. She is a trained family law mediator, with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Jane was called to the bar in 1997 and has practiced exclusively family law for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience working with families in times of crisis and is confident and competent in facilitating difficult conversations.

She is a strong proponent of non-adversarial dispute resolution processes, believing the best results come from people being part of their own solutions. Her background in social work and family law makes her ideally suited to family law mediation
