September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. My guest today is GoodLife Fitness Associate Jarvis Googoo. Jarvis will talk to us about the challenges he has faced growing up as Indigenous person here in Canada, help us understand Indigenous Perspective and what we can do beyond today to help create the change needed.
