Finding the right coach for your needs is crucial for a successful coaching experience. Here are some tips to help you find a good coach:

1. Identify the colleagues you want to prioritize

   - Start with a reasonable number of targets (3-5 is a good start).   - Start with people you currently have tense or strained relationships

2. Schedule virtual coffee:
    - This may be the only opportunity you have to connect due to remote working.
    - Focus on getting to know each other or share more information about what you’re working on.

3. Commit to ongoing discussions:
    - After your virtual coffee meeting, discuss how you will maintain communication in the future.
    - Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meet-ups.
    - Inform your network about your availability and skills.
