In this episode of day dream I am joined by my beautiful friend Emma who opens up about her experience with anxiety and therapy. 

We both share our own personal stories and struggles with anxiety, therapy, the things that have helped us and the things that haven't. With any mental health struggle I believe its so important to find what works for YOU, even if that looks totally different to what someone else is doing. We all find peace in our own way x
