There is an organization called Be The Match that "matches" volunteer bone marrow and stem cell donors to patients with leukemia and other diseases of the blood who need to receive a life-saving donation. Sean, who worked for Be The Match for one year, explains how this process works, mostly in English, with some of the more complicated details also explained in Spanish.
