Energy, Energy, Energy! This episode is all about, The Energies We Bring to the various environment we step into on a daily basis. Especially, as we are approaching the holidays, with family, friends, and more coming into your space to celebrate, fellowship, and break bread…..some may bring a very different energy that may not be positive or full of joy!
We have to continually be mindful of the energy we bring around others. The energy you give determines your interaction with the people in that environment, but more importantly, it speaks volumes about who you are. In this episode, Tiffanie brings up a great point, that if you are around bad energy enough, you will gradually become a product of your environment and you too will become a negative energy-carrying individual.
