This episode we discuss Tony Robbins' 10-Day Time of Your Life program, which we both completed. This is a great way to face the reality of how we spend our time. We look at what Tony calls 'Categories of Improvement' and how to achieve our ultimate vision by clarifying our desired Outcome, curated Purpose and next Action steps. We also look at planning our day-to-day actions to align with our deepest values. Furthermore, we look into his 6-step decision-making process. This was a really interesting process which has helped us both clarify our overall vision whilst giving us a grasp on the day-to-day tasks involved in achieving it.
