5 MISTAKES YOU’RE MAKING TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT…



1. Not tracking your food. How could you expect to make progress if you’re not measuring what you’re doing?



2. Doing too much cardio. Less is more. Understanding how to lift weights is much more beneficial for toning/sculpting muscle, opposed to running 5 miles a day. (DM to learn how)



3. Not optimizing sleep. Without proper recovery, it’ll be next to impossible to have high energy consistently and show up with intensity at each workout. Put your phone down. Make sure to get at least 5-7 hours per night MINIMUM.



4. Drinking enough water. Aim for a gallon a day. Water is essential for so many reasons especially with transporting nutrients throughout the body and helping eliminate waste.



5. Putting too much pressure on yourself. They call it a journey for a reason. It’s fuckin hard, and takes a ton of time, effort, and discipline.
