You’re doing tons of ab workouts, restricting your calories, hours of cardio, but just can’t seem to make your abs pop right?
That’s exactly the problem^^^
So what’s the solution?
Here’s 3 tips you can use TODAY
1. Prioritize heavy compound movements.
Squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull ups, overhead press, bent over row.
These movements also work your core and will help strengthen your entire body.
And they recruit the most amount of muscle simultaneously which will burn the most calories, and in order to lose fat you need to remain in a calorie deficit. Bingooooooo
If you can’t make it to the gym, order a pair of dumbbells or resistance bands and mimic these movements in your living room.
2. You can’t spot reduce fat.
We all want to ditch the love handles, and sculpt our stomach, but understand it’s your overall body composition!!
You can’t target a specific area on your body, it doesn’t work like that.
So how can you lose fat? Stay in a calorie deficit. Aim for 10k steps a day. Drink a gallon of water. And get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
Notice how I didn’t mention working out. We get so fixated on training, but honestly that’s only a fraction of the puzzle.
Do all that ^^^ 5 days a week for 30 days then come back to me.
3. Eat more real foods.
Majority of fast food/ restaurants are processed garbage. Calorie dense. And lack nutritional value.
Stop being lazy and food shop. Cook your own shit. You have the time. Or if you can’t do that use a reputable meal prep service.
There’s really no excuse in today’s world.
If you want real results, eat real food.
End of story lol.
