YOU NEED TO EAT MORE FOOD AND LIFT WEIGHTS!!!
Crazy right? Hear me out
Often times women under eat which leads to a ton of issues including lower energy levels, constant hunger, poor mental concentration, mood swings etc etc
So what’s the solution?
MORE QUALITY FOODS.
Your body is a machine and you need to treat it as such.
Without proper nutrients your body will HOLD ONTO the body fat it has because it’s unaware of where the next meal is coming from.
Focus on getting AT LEAST 100g of protein per day. About the size of your hand at each meal!
Chicken, salmon, eggs, pork, whey, in order to sustain muscle and keep off unwanted body fat.
Use a push, pull, leg split at least 3-4 times a week.
If you can’t hit the gym search up some at home circuits on YouTube and do something from home.
Aim for 10k steps a day. Gallon of water. And 8 hours of sleep PER DAY
