1. Nobody really cares what you’re doing!



Lmaoo they’re too focused on themselves. Once you can grasp that, things lighten up a bit.



2. Everyone starts somewhere.



Don’t let the tank tops fool you, we’ve all had a day 1. The separation is consistency followed over time.



If you let external factors hold you back, you’ll never succeed.



3. Showing up is half the battle.



The mind is tricky. Self doubt has killed more dreams than anything.



I believe if you can literally just make the effort to show up and attempt to put the work in, over time things will naturally get easier.



4. If you don’t try you’ll never know!



Fitness has changed everything for me.



Why can’t it do the same for you?



I’ll tell you what though, the best way to guarantee that never happens is to continue making excuses.
