👀 3 REASONS WHY YOU’RE NOT MAKING PROGRESS
1. You’re not consistent enough.
You want results NOW but how long have you been training?
Are you doing all you can?
Answer those two honestly and get back to the drawing board.
2. You haven’t sacrificed enough.
You train Monday-Friday but once the weekend rolls around “fuck it I earned it”
Each drink is at least 100 calories.
On average most people consume 3-5 drinks PER night.
Go out twice a weekend and you’re essentially drinking back all the calories you might have burned throughout the week.
How bad do you want it?
3. Ditch your ego and become a student.
The surest way to fail is to act as if you know everything.
Chances are you don’t.
Seek guidance from those who’ve already accomplished what you desire.
It’s actually a pretty simple process, yet we like to complicate things, for what?
