We often procrastinate on our goals, but the secret IS getting comfortable being uncomfortable!
3. Surrender to the process.
Yes it’s hard, takes time, but the only way to fail is to quit!
Trust yourself and just keep moving forward.
4. Optimize your sleep AND nutrition and your performance will sky rocket.
The foundational pillars to getting in GREAT shape go hand in hand.
If you’re not getting enough sleep it will negatively impact your workouts.
If your workouts are shitty, your metabolism won’t fire the same.
Don’t overlook the small details.
