Teri Hofford is a body image educator, photographer & author. After spending a lot of time & energy on trying to change her body to be smaller and fit in, Teri realized it was getting in the way of her trying to change the world.
As a result, Teri now helps other revolutionary women challenge their body image biases & beliefs to shift their focus from changing their bodies to changing the world through workshops, retreats, writing, & photographic experiences
