Today, we're going to talk about the VALUE of evaluating your thoughts, beliefs and actions as they relate to navigating change.  The everyday changes that seem to come out of no-where...the lost job, the break ups, the pandemic....AND the change that comes when you've actualized yoru goals and now you are freaked out because you don't have any practice HAVING what it is you've been working towards.  You lost the weight, you paid off the debt, you got the job, you found more time....now what?

This new version of you is pretty F-ing scary isn't it?

One of the most valuable things you can do when in the face of change is to evaluate.
