In todays episode I am joined by Sakina aka The Facial Cupping Expert who has been doing facial acupuncture the past 11 years, which led her to specialising in working with clients with facial paralysis and many other conditions. Sakina then began bringing facial cupping into her treatments which had profound results as well as clients with painful inflammation of nerves on the face, helping muscles come back to life after being told they were paralysed. This led her to merge facial cupping with acupuncture which was had very successful results.
In March 2020 when the pandemic hit, Sakina was unable to treat her clients in person and began to investigate ways to help others deliver their own treatments in the comfort of their own homes. Stuck in a small flat with 2 children during lockdown, her husband working from home, Sakina connected to a beauty therapist that suggested opening a business called Facial Cupping Expert and began her business from scratch, teaching her clients how to do facial cupping, creating a 6-Step protocol which led her to source ways to stock and supply eco friendly facial cups and cactus oil to use for everybody to use as it became so popular. This led Sakina to develop courses to teach professionals on how to bring this into their line of work.
From no experience to running an entrepreneurial to creating a booming business, we discuss Sakina's journey and how she embraces the changes of today's ever changing world of instagram and adapts to learning with modern technology. Sakina is very intuitive and gets to be exactly who she wants to be with her authenticity and her followers.
Facial cupping brings out our natural collagen in men and women which in turn lifts and tones our skin without requiring botox injections or fillers, a natural way to take care of our faces. Sakina has also created larger cups to help reduce cellulite and tone other parts of our bodies.
