When you worry what others are thinking about you, you are literally leaving your body & abandoning self. When you try to assume the thoughts/feelings/perspective of another by leaving your own energy, you’re leaving your own body & trying to experience it from theirs. This can be really detrimental to how present you are in your body, your surroundings and can be the reason why you often feel drained after being around others.
