This week we are breaking down common misconceptions with our health and nutrition. I hear things like this all the time:
It's just calories in vs. Calories out
It's just working out for 30 minutes a day
It's just 30 pounds to lose
It's just making a plan and sticking to it
Well if it really was as easy as we tell ourselves or make it sound to others...then why are we still dealing with obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases caused by nutrition choices and more?
Because it's not.
So let's break down these common sayings and how they are out of context to reality. Just as we misquote scripture, we misquote health myths too
