Katie is from Harvey, ND and earned her degree in Business Administration from NDSU in Fargo, ND. Her career started in talent acquisition and performance management for technology and professional services firms. She became a highly leveraged Dale Carnegie contract trainer in 2015. In 2019 Katie became the VP of Training and Quality for Dale Carnegie of ND & MN and in December of 2020, she became the co-owner of the local franchise with her business partner, Bethany Berkeley. Katie leverages nearly 20 years of experience in training, organizational development, talent management and human resources to strategically partner with organizations to achieve results. She assists individuals, groups and organizations to increase their effectiveness through executive and leadership coaching and has extensive experience delivering customized training solutions for clients across various industries:
