Karli Moch is the Director of Mission Development at BIO Girls, a nonprofit focused on improving the self-esteem and mental wellness of adolescent girls across the upper Midwest. Karli was born and raised in West Fargo, ND where she now raises her two boys Dawson (5) and Simon (1) with her Husband Taylor.
Karli is an active member of her church and community serving as a site director at BIO Girls, a member of the Power of 100, a writer for Fargo Mom, President of Fargo Givers, the Founder of North Dakota Adoption Support, and an advocate for those dealing with infertility, adoption and chronic illness.
After an almost ten year career in Corporate America, always feeling like she was chasing the next role, she faced a life threatening illness that altered her perspective. When the opportunity came to join BIO Girls on a mission that is too important to fail, there was only one answer.
BIO Girls provides a platform to combine both passion and purpose in Karli's life. Helping girls understand their worth, discover their confidence, change their inner critic and break barriers, is the kind of purposeful work she is truly proud of.
