Dana has been a wife for 31 years, a mother for 26 years, a mother-in-law for 2 years, a grandmother for 6 months, and daughter of Christ for 52 years! Those 52 years have been full and blessed! Dana had the opportunity to spend over a decade in the software industry serving in individual contributor and leadership roles from Product Development to Product Management/Strategy to Human Resources. For the past 15 years, she's served as a college professor at M State where she teaches in the areas of Human Resources and Accounting.
She also develops and delivers customized leadership, team and personal development sessions for organizations across various industries. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Dana has coached over 3000 individuals and teams in discovering and harnessing the power of their individual and collective strengths to achieve success - both personally and professionally. She earned an Accounting degree from MN State University Moorhead and is a CPA, as well as a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Dana is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, where she has served in various ministries over the past 30 years - her favorite being youth faith formation.
