It takes 21 days of consistent action to create a habit, and it takes 90 days to see results from the habits we create!
Why is this important?? I'm learning that the vast majority of us have a natural tendency to set goals without actions tied to them. This is a dangerous game to play as it continues to leave our goals unaccomplished and our dreams unfulfilled!
