In today's world, it's easy to start a business and maybe even scale it in size. That said, there's a caveat. People usually focus on HOW and WHAT, leaving WHY unattended, which ultimately connects and serves as a foundation for trust.
Trust, despite its plainness, is hugely underestimated too. Low trust causes friction inside and outside an organisation because it's a staple apropos of communication.
