Meg shares her journey from being 3 years old doing gymnastics where she acquired her first taste for the importance of consistency and discipline. Navigating exceptionally well through school with 2 sisters and a stable household supporting her. Meg worked tirelessly to crawl her way back from “failure” to the face of FISAF aerobics and fitness as a world champion at age 15; learning and developing so much more than her routines, Meg learnt lessons on life.
Having such an incredible mindset as well as great discipline from a young age allowed Meg to make some really intelligent moves through early adulthood positioning her as a GymShark athlete, personal trainer, mentor and the founder of MEGARUN. Although it might appear otherwise, Meg wasn’t always the confident outspoken one in the group. In fact, having a fear of public speaking and being in front of a crowd she confronted those fears head on with the goal to experience life to its greatest offering; proving that just like in running you can turn that voice off in your head and conquer your goals.
It will come at no surprise that Meg has a passion for improving people's confidence; a single 10km run is where she recommends starting. The MEGARUN was founded on the premise of “giving myself something I didn’t necessarily feel like doing but by being consistent with it meant I was giving myself the mental strength and the confidence to take on any opportunity or challenge in my life”.
