Laurie dealt with insomnia for over 20 years. The previous 3 years were the worst, because she was averaging only 17 hours of sleep per week.

Over the years, she tried over-the-counter sleep supplements, prescription medication from her doctor, a weighted blanket, a grounding mat, hypnosis, yoga, meditation, red light therapy, and sleep hygiene protocols - but nothing worked.
